  • 2 parcels ramen or other moment noodles , uncooked, dispose of flavoring 
  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil (or other nonpartisan enhanced oil) 
  • 400g/14 oz mushrooms , cut (any sort) 
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced 
  • 2 tsp sesame oil (or more oil) 
  • 5 green onion stems (shallots/scallions) 
  • 1/4 mugs (315 ml) water, in addition to additional as required 
SAUCE: 
  • 1 tbsp dim soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Clam sauce 
  • 2 tsp Hoisin sauce (or more Clam sauce) 
  • 1 tbsp mirin
