INGREDIENTS
- 2 (0.25-oz.) packages unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. vodka
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tbsp. strawberry Jell-O mix
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- Pink Starbursts, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl or liquid measuring cup, sprinkle gelatin over vodka and let bloom 5 minutes. Whisk in boiling water and strawberry Jell-O mix, then whisk in cool whip.
- Pour mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate until set, 2 hours.
- To serve, cut a slit halfway through each Starburst and place on rim of the shot glass.
