Flourléss Chocolate Caké Recipe 










INGRÉDIENTS

caké

  • 1 cup of chocolaté chips
  • 1/2 cup buttér
  • *3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 largé eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powdér
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla éxtract
  • 1/2 teaspoon séa salt


*icing

  • 1 cup of chocolaté chips
  • 1/2 cup cannéd coconut milk full of fat
  • optional maplé syrup flavor - if the frosting is too bitter for your taste







*INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the ovén to 375F. Line the bottom of an 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  • In a saucépan, melt the butter (or coconut oil) over medium heat then add the chocolate chips, remove from the heat and stir until smooth.
  • Add the rést of the ingredients for the cake and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour thé dough into the cake pan and bake at 375F for 30 minutes, then leave to cool.
  • For thé frosting, heat the coconut milk over medium heat. Once simmered, remove from heat, add the chocolate chips and stir until it is melted and combined. Whisk until smooth, thén pour over the cake and refrigerate until it reaches the desired consistency (about 1 to 2 hours in the freezer).
