Fixings :
  • 2 lbs Brussels grows 
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 4 bacon strips fricasseed, fat depleted and slashed into little pieces 
  • 1 tsp ocean or fit salt 
  • a couple of 7-8 strands of saffron (discretionary) 
  • 1/2 tsp dark pepper or a dark/red/white pepper variety 
  • For the plunge: 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp genuine salt 
  • 1 glass Greek yogurt full fat suggested 
  • 1 Tbsp crisp lemon juice 



Guidelines :
  1. Preheat broiler to 475F.
