  5. 1/2 glass unsalted margarine, (4 ounces)

  7. cayenne pepper, for flavoring 
  8. Poached Eggs 
  9. 2 quarts water, (2 liters) 
  10. 2 tablespoons refined white vinegar, (60ml) discretionary 
  11. 8 vast eggs, cold 
Eggs Benedict 
  1. 8 cuts Canadian bacon 
  2. 4 english biscuits, cut into equal parts 
  3. paprika, for topping 
  4. 2 teaspoons cleaved chives

How to Make:

Hollandaise Sauce 
  1. Spot egg yolks, water, and vinegar in a medium-sized treated steel bowl. 
  2. Fill a twofold heater with around 2 crawls of water, or pot sufficiently expansive to have the bowl sit on top without contacting the water. Convey to a stew over medium warmth.
